About Jacquelyn

I am a woman of 48 born and raised in Westerly, RI. I married my high school sweetheart, birthed 4 sons, & spent a decade of my life pregnant and breastfeeding. Milk & Birth is SACRED. The POWER of birth and making CONNECTIONS has been the highlight of my 25 year career as a birth witness, nurse, educator,& lactation consultant. GOING PRIVATE is my way to continue the SACRED unity of BIRTH, MOTHERING, and MILK with the parents in my community sharing a uniquely intimate birth and breastfeeding experience. I will continue to bring forth knowledge of human growth, the birth process, birth planning, learning your body’s physiology, movements, breathing and skillfully observe you as you feed your babies. I am a SUPPORTER of my COMMUNITY. Community is SACRED.

Lactation Consultant services

I am a Registered Nurse and licensed Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant in then state of RI offering prenatal education, childbirth classes, newborn/parenting classes, breastfeeding classes. I assist parents with birth planning, feeding plans, back to work feeding plans. Appointment minis also available for persistent clogged ducts/feeding issues, help with re-lactation, birth breathing, birth positions. I offer home visits within a certain radius, phone/virtual consults and also have a private office in Westerly, RI. Milk Circle is a free weekly offering for any parent feeding and having issues.
