Having personally completed the Positive Birth Program to achieve a VBAC for my second and third births, I am a strong advocate for a positive birth outcome for all women. I teach the Positive Birth Program, which is a interactive course where mothers and their partners are taught tools and techniques to achieve a positive birth. Area's covered are breathing techniques, massage, word associations, interventions, positions and lots more. Mother's and their partner's get to meet other couples, discuss their concerns and leave feeling excited, powerful and ready for their birth.
