About me

I love birth and supporting new parents. I have been doing birth work since 1998. I currently work as a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, and support families with loss and termination. I am a Milk Magic educator, providing information about the science of birth, common challenges and strategies for those challenges and where to access support. I support families in all birth settings: home, hospital, birth center, and telehealth. I believe in providing evidence based information so that you can make the decision that is best for your family and your birthing experience while supporting you with physical and emotional support. I believe in you!

Service introduction

I provide evidence based information to support you during pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum, and new parenting in any birth setting. I support you with relaxation techniques during labor including positioning and movement, helping you get the information that you need to make the decisions for you and your family, and support you in getting your needs and wants met during birth. As you transition into new parenting I support you with newborn and postpartum care, processing your birth story, daily chores, sibling care and feeding. As a Loss and termination Doula I provide support with physical and emotional recovery as well as help with daily chores as you heal. I am a Traditional Health Worker and accept Oregon Health Plan. I serve families in Florence and the Central Coast, Eugene/Springfield, Veneta, Coos Bay and surrounding areas.
