About me

Peace and blessings as you prepare to welcome new life into your family! I am a CAB-trained Birth Doula (2024), a Certified Lactation Counselor and Educator (2021), and a proud mother of two (born in 2020 and 2022). From a young age, I felt drawn to working with families and children, and after experiencing my own pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey, I felt deeply called into this work. I am honored to support families during such a vulnerable, transformative time — offering reassurance, presence, and care so you feel supported, protected, and empowered every step of the way. One of my favorite parts of being a doula is holding sacred space for mothers and gently reminding you of your innate power and wisdom. A birth affirmation close to my heart is, “You are a part of an endless chain of birthing women,” a reminder that you are never alone in this journey and that birth is guided by generations of strength, intuition, and ancestral knowing. Outside of birth work, I enjoy making homemade body care products, homeschooling my children, and traveling. I would love to connect with you, answer any questions you may have, and learn more about your vision for birth. I offer a free consultation so we can explore how to best work together to support your unique birth goals.
