I provide birth and postpartum doula services as well as sleep coaching. I have degrees in neurobiology, psychology, biology, and nursing which provide a strong background and knowledge in my evidence-based practice. My years in childcare make me especially tuned in to families who need some help integrating their newborn and older children. I have a passion for sleep coaching as I deeply understand the role sleep plays in a healthy family. I care strongly about my clients and love to provide help and emotional support. I treat all members of your family as I would want to be treated.

Jenna recently moved back to the East Coast from Los Angeles and is excited to be home! After years working in biotech Jenna worked as a Nanny to a family that welcomed their second child in 2016 and fell in love with helping the families of newborns. While Jenna enjoyed being a Nanny to several families she has found more fulfillment working in a whole family practice. She is able to not only help care for the children but also for the parents! She finds it a joy to offer an ear to listen or a shoulder to lean on and be a wealth of information to tired parents! Jenna is dedicated to helping all families with any aspect of their journey into becoming a parent to their new addition! Jenna loves to cook, read, sing and make music, travel, learn and play with her tiny dog. Jenna has degrees from Simmons University in Biopsychology (Neuroscience), Psychology, and Biology. She graduated in the top 5% of her class- meaning she has work ethic and ability to boot! Jenna attended nursing school at Simmons University but decided not to become a RN as she prefers to build and focus on relationships with clients outside of the hospital. In her role of a doula she will not be providing any clinical or medical advice but understands the medical language, clinical processes and interacting with clinical staff due to her training. She is a pro at facilitating conversations with clinical staff and calmly walking you through a hospital birth and postpartum visits.
