Hi, I’m Jen, a therapist intern currently completing my MA in Counselling Psychology. I support individuals navigating parenting stress, burnout, anxiety, life transitions, and cultural identity concerns. As a mother, second-generation Chinese Canadian, and partner to a first responder, I bring lived experience to the complexities of caregiving and identity. My approach is warm, integrative, and trauma-informed, drawing from EFT, ACT, mindfulness, and somatic-based perspectives to help clients reconnect with their values, relationships, and inner clarity.
