About me

I'm Jennifer. I've been practicing as a registered dietitian for almost 30 years. My specialty is pediatrics and breastfeeding support. However, if you choose to bottle feed or need to go back to work and still want to breastfeed......I can help. I am trained in baby-led weaning and can help you make your own baby foods. Store bought baby foods are expensive! Making your own baby food is easy and economical. I am a certified specialist in pediatric nutrition from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as a Fellow of the Academy. I have worked extensively with children who present with poor growth, type 1 diabetes, cystic fibrosis, NICU graduates and other nutrition concerns. I want you to be successful in providing your infant, toddler, and/or preschooler with the best nutrition possible. Picky eater? Don't worry. We can problem solve together. I am in the process of developing learning modules on my web site that you can view at your convenience. If you need additional information, feel free to book a session with me. I do take private pay clients as well as some Texas Medicaid insurance providers. I can provide super bills for you to submit to your private insurance.

Service introduction

I am in the process of providing both complimentary and paid education packages on my website. I, also, provide telehealth nutrition counseling. I accept most Texas Medicaid and Medicare with a physician referral. I can print a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company.
