Hi Im Jhade Im a Birth Doula and Childbirth educator. My childbirth education classes are at the intersection of intuition and evidence. We focus a-lot on postpartum planning and my classes are intimate and I like to spoil my families. I also offer private planning and childbirth ed classes. My private clients benefit immensely from mu extensive postpartum prep and planning.
Along with your birth team ( partner, mom, cousin…whomever!) we will have collaborative and open conversations about the birth experience you desire and I will provide the information that will help you along the way. We will spend extensive time postpartum planning with your birth team. Includes a beautiful prompted birth journal and access to “Prepared Feeding” infant feeding course . This is truly invaluable for parents that value preparing holistically for birth and parenthood. 75.00hr/ 6 hour Minimum
Your Birth Your Way: 4 Week Childbirth Education Course. Comprehensive Birth Education in a group setting. Heavy focus on movement and pain relieving techniques during labor. Birth Partner encouraged to attend. $350
Perfect for those who are low on time or need a refresher before birth. Great option to get busy partners up to speed and acquainted with how to support you best.
I specialize in Childbirth education. My classes are evidence based and designed to support whatever birth preference you have. My goal is for you to be prepared for labor and postpartum. My clients love my private birth prep classes because it is on their own time, and we fully focus on all aspects of pregnancy through postpartum . My private clients leave with a prepared birth plan, postpartum game plan and they are ready for labor.
Jhade’s Private Classes were the absolute best value for us and I cannot stress more how much we love her. She truly supports you from start to finish and you can tell she has a love for mothers and birth.
