Telehealth Breast/bodyfeeding support

Nurture your feeding journey with expert, compassionate guidance—all from the comfort of your home. This virtual package includes personalized video consultations, real-time latch and positioning support, and customized feeding plans to help you feel confident and connected with your baby. Perfect for new parents seeking calm, convenient, and professional lactation care. 1 prenatal visit (Educational session 60-90 minutes) 1 postpartum visit- Assessment and plan Limitations: the clinician is unable to asses weigh gain or milk transfer through telehealth care. Sometimes an in person appointment is highly recommended.

What to Expect During Your IBCLC Visit Welcoming a new baby can bring moments of joy, wonder, and sometimes, uncertainty—especially when it comes to feeding. My goal as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps you and your baby thrive. Each visit is personalized to your family’s needs and offers hands-on guidance, reassurance, and ongoing support as you navigate your feeding journey. 🌸 During Your Visit We’ll begin with a warm conversation about your experience so far—your birth story, your goals, and any challenges you’re facing, such as latching, milk supply, or pumping concerns. I’ll also review your baby’s feeding patterns, weight, and overall well-being. Together, we’ll observe a full feeding to gently assess latch, positioning, and milk transfer. I’ll guide you through small adjustments and techniques to make feeding more comfortable and effective for both you and your baby. 🍼 Personalized Care Plan After our session, you’ll receive a detailed, easy-to-follow care plan tailored to your needs. This may include: • Step-by-step guidance for improving latch and positioning • Milk supply and pumping recommendations • Nipple and breast care tips • Suggestions for feeding routines or bottle introduction • Trusted resources and referrals, if needed 💌 Follow-Up Support You won’t be on your own aft. I provide follow-up support via text or email to answer questions and celebrate your progress. Additional visits are available if you’d like continued guidance as your baby grows.

As a Newborn Care Specialist, I provide compassionate, hands-on support to help your family navigate these precious—and sometimes challenging—months with confidence and ease. 💛 What’s Included • Newborn Care Guidance: Expert support with feeding, soothing, diapering, bathing, and understanding your baby’s cues. • Sleep & Routine Support: Gentle strategies to help your baby develop healthy sleep patterns while respecting your family’s rhythms. • Developmental Guidance: Tips and activities to encourage growth, sensory exploration, and early learning throughout the first year. • Parental Confidence: Practical tools and education to help you feel capable, calm, and connected as your baby grows. • Family Integration: Assistance in supporting siblings, involving partners, and creating a nurturing home environment. • Ongoing Support: Follow-up visits, check-ins, and guidance tailored to your baby’s evolving needs. 🤍 The Goal To empower families with knowledge, reassurance, and hands-on care—so you can enjoy these first precious months with less stress, more confidence, and deeper connection with your baby.
