We are so grateful for the support and care Joan provided during those first few weeks home with our newborn son. As first-time parents, we were overwhelmed and unsure of what we were doing, and she brought so much experience, knowledge, and reassurance. She helped us establish a schedule for both the baby and ourselves, taught us so much, and gave us the confidence to feel more comfortable in our new role as parents.
