Hello! I’m looking for an experienced, patient, and nurturing night nanny or newborn care specialist to provide temporary overnight support for my daughter, [name hidden], who will be 3 months old at the end of October. My primary goal is to help [name hidden] establish a healthy, consistent nighttime sleep routine appropriate for her age, while gradually encouraging longer stretches of sleep and helping her learn the difference between daytime and nighttime. [name hidden] is currently breastfed and bottle-fed expressed breast milk. She also has [personal details hidden], so I would prefer someone experienced with infants who have reflux and feeding-related discomfort. I am looking for someone who can come to my home overnight, assist with nighttime feedings, soothing, diaper changes, and safe sleep practices, and help establish a routine that I can continue independently once our time together is complete. This would ideally be a temporary arrangement for a few weeks, depending on her progress. I would appreciate someone who can educate and guide me throughout the process rather than simply providing overnight childcare. Experience with young infants, infant CPR certification, strong references, and a gentle, responsive approach to infant sleep are very important to me.
