Hello, I’m looking for sleep training support for my son, who was born in August 2025. He wakes up frequently throughout the night and has become increasingly difficult to put to sleep. He doesn’t use a pacifier and relies on us patting him to fall asleep. When he wakes up, he cries and often wants to play rather than go back to sleep. My husband and I both work full-time, and we’re hoping to get professional guidance to help him learn to fall asleep independently and sleep through the night. We’re interested in the Ferber method, and I would strongly prefer in-person support at our home rather than virtual consultations.
