Expecting our first baby, due January 28, 2027 (single baby). Looking for a Newborn Care Specialist for overnight care, 3 nights/week, 10pm–6am — exact schedule to be discussed. Goal: we sleep through the night while the NCS handles all wake-ups, feedings, and soothing, and actively works toward building independent sleep habits so we can transition off support once the baby sleeps through on their own. Month-to-month, starting around the due date. Duties: night feedings, diaper changes, soothing, bottle prep/washing, nursery tidying, morning feeding/sleep log. Requirements: credentialed NCS (NCSA or INA), CPR/First Aid certified, up to date on Tdap/MMR/COVID/TB vaccines, non-smoker, reliable transportation, background-checked. Budget: $55–70/hour. Located in San Francisco (94110).
