About me

Hi! My name is Jordan. I am a pediatric speech-language pathologist and owner of Nurture Speech & Feeding Therapy. I provide speech, language, and feeding services in-person in the New York City area as well as online via teletherapy. I typically see children in their home or daycare/school on the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, or Midtown Manhattan, but please contact me to ask about other locations. Virtual sessions available for anyone in NY or WA state! I have extensive experience supporting children of all ages with speech, language, and feeding difficulties in both the U.S. and U.K. I have worked for private practices in the Washington, DC area and in London, England, providing assessment and treatment for children in clinic, home, and school-based settings. I specialize in working with articulation disorders, motor speech disorders (e.g. childhood apraxia), language delays (late talkers) and disorders, and pediatric feeding disorders. I believe children make the most progress when they are engaged and having fun! I pride myself on providing the best evidenced-based treatment methods while tailoring therapy sessions to the unique needs and interests of each child. I enjoy working closely with parents to identify strategies for continued support outside of sessions and collaborating with other professionals.
