Birth photos
This specific package is only if you booked with me as your birth doula, but don't worry, I have other packages!
A minimum of 20 photos, you will receive them within 7 days after I leave the hospital, birthing center or your home!
Birth Plan Creation
Do you need help creating a birth plan? Not sure where to start?
This will be a 30-60 minute long zoom meeting where I will help you discover all of your options to create your own customized birth plan!
I will type out all of the exceptions and wants/needs you choose, create a custom birth plan for you, make a personalized template and send it to you within 90 minutes after the meeting is done!
Teen Mom Birth Doula Support
- Prices can be negotiable based on budget!
I will be your personal advocate from the moment we enter the hospital until the moment we leave!
- Unlimited advocacy for you from start to finish
- Lactation and breastfeeding support.
- Pain management through breathing techniques, positioning, comfort techniques, massages, and exercises.
- Unlimited support, whether that be emotional or physical
- One postpartum visit within 3 days after birth!- Subject to additional fees if the labor and delivery go past 24 hours, the fees will be as follows:
- As with my other packages, I offer payment plans!
Grief Support
During this time, you may want or even need additional support and advocacy.
I offer this service to assist you as much as you possibly need.
- 3-5 consecutive days (4 hours each) where I visit within the first 5 days after booking to converse, support your mental health needs, just be a shoulder to lean on!
- I offer completely free cleaning services with this package, including but not limited to, household chores/matinence, grocery shopping for you, cooking, organizing, laundry, etc.
Expected Still Birth
During this tough time, you may want or even need additional support and advocacy.
I offer this service to assist you as much as you possibly need.
- 12 hours of hospital or birthing center advocacy/support
- One postpartum visit within the first 3 days after the Birth to check on you and help in any way you need.
- One postpartum visit within the first 5 days after the Birth to converse, support your mental health needs, help with errands/cleaning and just be a shoulder to lean on!
- I offer completely free cleaning services with this package, including but not limited to, household chores/maintenance, grocery shopping for you, cooking, organizing, laundry, etc.
Postpartum care, night nannying and newborn care (5)
- 10 weeks of postpartum care, newborn care and night nannying.
- Included in this package is caring for the newborn(s), checking on mom/parents, answering questions or concerns, nighttime care (this is ideal for most parents as it gives you a chance to catch up on some sleep or personal errands while the baby is fully cared for and even do tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
- For this specific package, I require a minimum of 20, with a maximum of 50 hours a week for 10 weeks.
Advanced Vaginal Birth (Scheduled Induction)
- Labor support and unlimited advocacy.
- I will stay for your entire labor and birthing process and will stay with you for 2 hours after the birth.
- One complimentary postpartum visit within 3 days of the birth.
- During labor, I will assist in different positions, techniques and exercises to help your labor progress! I will make sure to help you keep your hydration up as well!
-- A meal for you and your partner (if requested) after birth, anything of your choice!
- Prices can be negotiable based on budget!
- Subject to additional fees if the labor and delivery go past 24 hours, the fees will be as follows:
$200 for 6 additional hours
$400 for 10 additional hours
$500 for 12 additional hours
- This package works for vaginal births either with or without an epidural!

This class is 45 minutes on Zoom!
Miscarriage Support
This is open for any and all questions you may have or be worrying about!
Information you'll learn in this meeting:
- Loss of Pregnancy journey
- Personal care for mom
- Personal care for dad/partner
- Managing/coping
- Life changes after a miscarriage
This will take place on a 30-60 minute call over the phone or on Zoom!
Virtual Birth Doula Support
This package is more budget friendly while still getting the advocacy and support you need and deserve!
Included:
- 12 hours of labor and birth support
- 1 hour of postpartum support
- Complete advocacy
- Position guidance for faster labor
- Pain management strategies
- Partner inclusion - - involving your partner/support person (if applicable) in hands on pain management to help mom, emotional support for partner/support person
- 1 free class included! Options are:
1. Newborn care - includes learning how to transition from a family of 2 + to adding a new member of the family, properly bathing, diapering, feeding (formula, breast milk or both), sleep deprivation, and MUCH more!
2. Lactation class - includes learning about how to breastfeed or formula feed, eating schedules, properly burping, different bottle types and options, pumping support, latching positions and MUCH more!
3. Labor techniques and birth preparation - includes exercises to help prepare your body for labor and birth, pain management techniques during labor to help labor pains, pressure points to ease labor and birthing pains and MUCH more!

This package is more budget friendly while still getting the advocacy and support you need and deserve!
Included:
- 16 hours of labor and birth support
- 2 hours of postpartum support
- Complete advocacy

New Parent Education Class
This is open for any and all questions you may have or be worrying about!

Introductory Meeting
Get to know me and ask questions about different packages, evaluate what package best aligns with your wants/needs/expectations.
Labor Technique Class
Learn different approaches to use in active labor to help reduce discomfort and help speed up the process. Remember, movement is medicine! This will teach you different breathing techniques, laboring positions, exercises and more!
This meeting is on Zoom only.
1 hour sessions
Military and First Responder Birth package
This includes any time frame up to 24 uninterrupted hours with me as your Doula, whether that be at home, birthing center or hospital. This gives you 100% customization to fit your needs/desires/wishes/wants. You can choose any of the services included in any of the other packages on my page and add any other requests you have! You have complete creative control!
MUST provide proof of either you or the baby's other parent being a first responder or in the military.
- A meal for you and your partner (if requested) after birth, anything of your choice!
- Prices can be negotiable based on budget!
- Subject to additional fees if the labor and delivery go past 24 hours, the fees will be as follows:
$150 for 6 additional hours
$275 for 10 additional hours
$450 for 12 additional hours
- As with my other packages, I offer payment plans!
Postpartum care, night nannying and newborn care (1)
- 2 weeks of postpartum care, newborn care and night nannying.
- Included in this package is caring for the newborn(s), checking on mom/parents, answering questions or concerns, nighttime care (this is ideal for most parents as it gives you a chance to catch up on some sleep or run personal errands while your baby is fully cared for and I take care of things such a as cleaning and laundry.
- For this specific package, I require a minimum of 30 hours a week for 2 weeks.
