I have had 3 birth without any epidural but my 4th birth was very painful I couldn’t handle it, I had an epidural & now with my 5th pregnancy, I’m afraid of labor, I hope it’s not like my 4th pregnancy. This is why I would like a doula for my current pregnancy.

I would like help with breathing, positioning, and staying calm during labor. I would like things explained to me before decisions are made. After birth, I would like immediate skin-to-skin contact with my baby if possible.
