At Birthright Postpartum, I offer postpartum care that emphasizes caring for the mothers. When we hold mamas, they can be nurtured to provide the best for their growing family. Feeding support, nourishing meals, light housework, overnights, and bodywork are some of the ways I uplift mothers.

Kaiti has a great understanding of how to help new moms during the postpartum time. I feel confident having her in my home and caring for my children. What is a postpartum Doula?

If this is your first baby or if even you've done this before, the postpartum period of time is a major milestone and transition for yourself, your body and your whole family. You may have heard of this as your “fourth trimester”. The time after baby has come earthside and it is time for mamas to heal, bond and be supported. A birth doula will provide support during the actual labor and birth, whereas a Postpartum Doula will provide non-medical support within days, weeks, up to 6 months following the baby’s birth. While the infant is definitely a priority, by focusing on the mothers' needs and needs of the family, a direct bond between the baby and mother will be more likely to flourish with my additional support.
