Kasha or Kashie as my 4 year old affectionately calls her was the most amazing doula even before I conceived. Every question I had any concerns or info I needed she found the answers or found someone who could help me find the answers. I never felt judged for the choices I made concerning my pregnancy or baby. During labor she was there by my side making sure I was taken care of and her postpartum care to me is unbelievable! We will for sure be using our wholesome doula again.

Took me a while to submit this recommendation... BUT I would recommend her 1000 times over and over again . To everyone looking for a Doula , Kasha is the ONE hands down . Where do I begin ? She has been absolutely amazing, supportive, and helpful. She always makes me feel so supported.I'm so glad Chance and I have her help. She's always there and checks in to make sure I'm taking time for myself, especially right now with the way things are happening in the world today . I can't stress enough how wonderful and helpful she is, and how much more comfortable she's made me knowing I can reach out whenever I need to and I won't be a burden. If you're pregnant, plan on becoming pregnant, or even if you're about to give birth . Her postpartum services are AMAZING! Highly highly recommend reaching out to her.

From the beginning I knew exactly what I wanted. A lot of people weren't understanding of my vision, birth plan and overall experience I wanted to have with this pregnancy. Kasha was referred to me by another doula and I'm no happy she ended being a “perfect” match! From our first phone call (which lasted way to long my husband was mad) we instantly clicked and she was onboard. Super supportive, knowledgeable and confident in her role as a doula and that energy definitely reflected onto me as a prepared to welcome new life. I believed in my body and nature, there was no doubt that I was strong BUT with Kasha I knew that I would be at peace...even when there was a little hiccup and plans changed, she was right there and ready for whatever was next. As a first time mom there were things I didn’t know despite my extensive research but she helped and enlightened me. From the laughs, the reassurance, the positivity, the checkups, the calming, and me becoming a little crazy during labor she was the rock. I would not have wanted my first pregnancy experience any other way. Telling my story I proudly say “my doula” multiple times. I look forward to having a free birth with you for baby #2! And this time instead of yelling “it’s a boy”, I hope you’re next to me saying “it’s a girl” for the birth reveal ??

Kasha was the first doula that I interviewed and I was immediately sold. We wanted to hire her as our birth doula because she made us feel like she would really take care of us and advocate for us. During my pregnancy, Kasha was consistent about checking in on me via text regularly, making sure I was taking good care of myself and my baby. She encouraged me to rest and give myself grace when it came to wanting to be superwoman despite my advanced pregnancy. She always had answers to any questions I had about my pregnancy and sent me plenty of resources for me to reference back to. Kasha was really flexible when it came to visiting us at home and even made the effort to drive the hour to us across the state line. When I went into labor, Kasha was there for me on the phone supporting me and keeping my head in a comfortable place while she made her way to my house. I felt like i was in great hands when she arrived and kept taking care of me and my family. We made our way to the birthing center around 3 am and would end up staying there until 9pm the next day. During that time, Kasha never left us. She provided intimate support for myself and my husband, made sure everyone rested, ate, and drank water, and held us through one of the most difficult days of our lives. Along with giving us physical comfort and providing positions and techniques to progress through labor, she also comforted me emotionally when I had to accept that I had to transfer to a hospital to make sure I could deliver my baby safely. I was with Kasha for about 3 days. Through 36 hours of labor unmedicated and an unplanned C-section, she was there for all of us. She held my hands and hugged me through excruciating contractions, she supported my husband through a severe panic attack during the commotion, and supported my family the entire time. I love Kasha and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing birth/postpartum support.

There's a lot to say about my experience with Kasha, but simply put, she saved my baby and my life. Through her support & guidance, I made sure to fiercely advocate for myself & my child. Because of this, we caught onto an issue he was having in utero & was able to get him out safely. And although I had to have an emergency c-section, because of working with Kasha, I was mentally & spiritually prepared to welcome my child into this world, under my own terms & in a way that I felt safe. I felt confident about what was happening and asking about anything I was unsure about. And this isn't even accounting for all the ways Kasha was literally and physically there for me while I was pregnant, immediately after I delivered my son, and then in the weeks following. I am forever grateful for her comfort, knowledge & support.
