Parent Coaching
Available to parents during any stage of pregnancy or postpartum. Parent coaching is similar to counseling, though it is more focused on building the future rather than healing the past. Coaches also do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders. Coaching services will balance your needs for practical guidance and emotional support. Practical advice may include, but is not limited to: sleep training, bottle and breastfeeding, scheduling, diaper changing, basic nutritional information, infant + early childhood development, and so on. Mental & emotional support will be completely customized to you, but may surround your relationships, identity, confidence, feelings of stress or sadness, balance and structure, and/or setting boundaries. "Extras" are also available, which include exclusive meditations, suggested reading lists, customized registries, nursery + playroom design assistance, and additional information + worksheets. Lastly, parents will have the option to consult with a pediatric occupational therapist during a coaching session. A 4-month package (including 90-minute weekly Zoom sessions) is available starting at $3,997. Please see my website for more details on package lengths and add-on options. Also, please send me a message on Bornbir or email to schedule a free 45-minute Clarity Call.
