I am a pelvic floor and obstetric physical therapist at New Journey Physical Therapy. I live in Deerfield, IL with my husband and my three daughters. I enjoy exercising, spending time with my friends and family, reading, and enjoying good food.

Physical Therapist services

I am a pelvic floor physical therapist with a special interest in treating people who are pregnant or postpartum. I love treating urinary incontinence, pain with intercourse, coccyx injuries, diastasis recti, prolapse, pelvic pain, and low back pain. In pregnancy, I work closely with my clients to figure out how they want their labor and delivery to go and to teach them the steps they can take to increase the likelihood that they achieve the delivery they hope for. Postpartum I focus on making sure my clients can connect with their bodies to be able to live life to the fullest without any restrictions. I want to help you have fun with your kids, run a marathon, lift heavy, or whatever activity is going to make you feel your best and strongest.
