About me

I'm Kathryn, a MA based certified pediatric sleep consultant and mom of three. My passion is helping families create healthy and happy sleep habits. My recommendations are grounded in science and sprinkled with lots of compassion and grace. I strive to meet families right where they are, create a totally individualized plan that supports their child's development and aligns with their parenting style and cheer them on as they meet their goals.

Service introduction

I partner with families to create customized sleep plans to address challenges that they are facing with sleep. I approach sleep in a holistic manner looking at environment, schedule, pre-sleep soothing routines and help families choose a sleep training method that suits their child's developmental stage and personality and that aligns with their parenting style. I provide support and encouragement as families implement their sleep plan.
