About me

When I had my first baby, it was at the height of the pandemic. A lot of what I thought motherhood would look like fell drastically short. I found myself alone while navigating postpartum life, dreading the nights and trying to survive the days. After struggling with my daughter’s sleep, I became a sleep specialist because I truly believed her sleep was why I struggled so much during my postpartum period. After working with over 500 families, I realized that a child’s sleep was the tip of the iceberg, and families needed more than just a sleep training method. They needed a holistic approach. Whether you’re pregnant or deep in the trenches of motherhood, my heart is to come alongside you to empower you and help you find the rest you deserve.

You love your child more than anything, and you… -are ready to make changes to your sleep routine -want to stop stressing about all of the “sleep facts” you see posted online (they’re supposed to nap how long?!) -want a plan personalized to your child and your parenting approach I believe that no one knows your child better than you do, and I will encourage you to tune in to your instincts, as opposed to following a rigid plan that doesn’t align with what feels right.
