About Kayla
I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Perinatal Yoga Instructor, Naturopath and Registered Nurse with over 8 years of neonatal, labour and delivery experience. I am a mother of two wonderful little boys and I have spent my entire career so far working with moms, babies and families. It is truly a passion of mine and I have worked really hard to ensure I have a variety of education and experience under my belt to give families the best care I can. I became a mama coach after experiencing the joys and challenges of motherhood myself. It gave me the drive to be my own boss, bringing holistic personalized care to families. I currently offer prenatal education, lactation consulting and sleep consulting.

Lactation Consultation
- In home lactation consultation and one week of follow up support.
- Initial visit: $130

Virtual Feeding Support
Virtual Lactation, Bottle Feeding or Starting Solids support.
Newborn Package
An in home visit, lactation or feeding assessment, review of newborn care, feeding and newborn sleep.
Sleep Assessment & Consultation
A 90 minute virtual session including age appropriate sleep, feeding, behaviours, naps, bedtimes and specifics to your baby. Plus a review of a one week sleep log.
More Than Sleep
An in home educational session, lactation or feeding assessment, personalized sleep plan, resources and two weeks of email/text/phone support. For infant 3 months and older.
Virtual More Than Sleep
A virtual educational session, personalized sleep plan, resources and two weeks of email/text/phone support.
What to expect
A personalized private in home or virtual prenatal class incorporating your support person. We will cover everything you need to know for your pregnancy, labour, delivery, postpartum and newborn care. A strong focus on positioning, relaxation and coping techniques. Includes support until your baby arrives.
