Looking for a doula or a midwife to assess me during my pregnancy Journey. My wife and I have been working with the Olive Clinic in Kelowna, BC, and got pregnant with IUI. I am 32 years old, this is my first pregnancy and I do not have a family doctor. I am interested in learning about home births vs hospital. We do not have any family in town and these services will ease my stress substantially! I am only 6 weeks pregnant and yet to think of a birthing plan. My budget up to $2,000. Birth in a Hospital, hotel for early labour 1500-2000$ Natural birth, no medication, breath techniques and visualization

I’m having Twins and really would like somebody in indigenous to help me navigate my cultural beliefs I’d love to have a water birth, but it seems like nobody does that here in Chilliwack for twins

This is my first pregnancy I want a midwife with the same holistic and natural views as me. I need an ultrasound right away. And for them to teach me all the thing because I have very little knowledge on pregnancy and birth.

1. Langley memorial hospital 2. Unknown budget(within reason) 3. I had a very traumatic birth with my first, so I am hoping to have supports in place to have in my side during my hospital stay. 4. Breast feeding was very hard with my first, I am hoping for some guidance the second time around for an easier transition. 5. I had to have a c-section after 14hrs of active labour… With a failed epidural after 3 attempts. The epidural was left in, so I wasn’t able to move around which made the pain very intense. I am hoping to have a VBAC this time, but would like someone in my corner to help with the process so my husband can focus on me and not the medical aspects.

We plan to give birth at home but know that anything is possible, and are open to giving birth at our local hospital in Maple Ridge. Our budget is very limited, the minimum amount possible. Birth plan is open as we know we have no control, but ideally a home birth.

1. I really want to do a homebirth but I am on quite a few wait lists for midwifery care. So right now the plan is to do a hospital birth unless a spot opens for a home birth. 2. $800-$1000 3.i want an unmediated birth with no medical intervention. I want to do everything naturally and really listen to my body. I want a calm, peaceful and Christ filled environment.

I am looking for any Indian doula who can support me during birth and postpartum recovery.
