I strive to provide supportive and loving care to all of my clients, rooted in the belief that they hold the power by making informed decisions regarding their care. Hourly packages that may be used throughout our agreed upon length of service.

Nutritional Guidance

Nutritional guidance aimed to support you through the prenatal and postpartum period. Integrative care with your primary provider is encouraged.

What to expect

I provide birth & postpartum doula services. Birth support includes 2 prenatal visits, attendance at the birth, and 2 postpartum visits. For postpartum, I offer hourly packages that clients may disperse through the week. This allows them to get the help they need, when they need it. Nutritional guidance is also available on a limited and case-by-case basis. My approach is rooted in Functional Medicine and is weight neutral.
