About me

Hello, my name is Kelsie Kavadas, and I am an occupational therapist specializing in women’s health. At HerPath OT and Wellness, I support women across the lifespan—through menstrual health, fertility and conception, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and into menopause. My work centers on restoring connection to the body, supporting the pelvic floor, and nourishing the nervous system for sustainable, whole-person wellness. Services I Provide • Pelvic Rehabilitation Virtual pelvic health therapy to support concerns such as pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, core weakness, and postpartum recovery. I take a gentle, function-based approach that honors your lived experience. • Perinatal & Fertility Nutrition Support Virtual nutrition consultations for women at any phase of the conception journey—from preconception and fertility preparation, through pregnancy, postpartum healing, and lactation. These sessions blend functional nutrition, hormone literacy, and nourishing daily rhythms. • Fertility & Cycle Support Holistic guidance for understanding your cycle, supporting ovulation, reducing pain, and preparing the body for conception using a pelvic health and nervous system-focused lens. • Babywearing Education As a certified babywearing educator, I offer virtual consultations to help you choose and adjust carriers for comfort, bonding, and pelvic floor-friendly positioning. I currently offer all services virtually, with plans to expand into in-person care early next year. No matter where you are on your path, my approach is gentle, collaborative, and deeply centered on your goals. I would be honored to support you.
