My baby had GERD so now she has sleep associated with being held all the time. She doesn’t know how to self soothe. We are at a loss of what to do or how to get her to sleep on her own in her crib. Our budget is $400.00. I need someone to help give me advice and tips of what to do.

I am interested in learning more about night Nannie’s. How it all works and if I get matched I’d love help with night time sleep. I’d love a provider with at least 2 years of experience. My baby is almost a month old. We are breastfeeding but supplementing at night in hopes to get some rest. If we can work on sleep training I would greatly appreciate it! I’m open to any kind of help, cooking and cleaning and helping with my laundry would be such a plus but not required. I’m very desperate for help with night time sleep. My honest hope, with seeing that some profiles say “accepts insurances, is to hopefully see how that works and if my insurance is accepted.
need someone to help at night with feedings. we have a 4 week old and mom and dad desperately need some sleep. can be 3-4 days a week or even 2 days just something where we can gain some sleep
We have a toddler and both work from home so we need support after our second baby is born in May. We both work from home so ideally someone could come here to watch both of our babies in our home while we work. We need someone that we can trust to be an extension of our parenting and to work with us instead of against us to support feeding, changing, babysitting during work hours and potentially a night nurse to help us with overnight needs so that we can get rest. We plan to give birth at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. We plan to use an epidural like we did for the first birth and follow standard medical guidelines. We are fortunate to receive a $30,000 benefit from my company to use toward eligible doula services so that is our budget although given the mostly part-time nature of this role, I think that should be more than enough for our needs.
Looking for sleep coach. Someone to ideally come into the home and train over a week or so. We’ve tried implementing different routines. He’s 4m old now wakes multiple times. Eats once during night and once early 5/6am. Constant giving paci , constant crying
Need a night nurse to help with feeds changing diapers and nightly wake windows , washing baby bottles and make sure baby is okay . Baby is dairy free and has vomitting issues so need to sit up after every feed for 40 min
Need a patient, certified doula who can work part time nights starting at 9pm and working till 5am. 10 month old boy, who does not yet sleep through the night. Sleep training would be helpful
My husband and I are in the newborn trenches and need some help at night with getting some sleep and caring for our newborn. We have been doing shift work so we can each get uninterrupted sleep and that was working but now my anxiety and depression are increasing each night I’m with her, so I’m come to the conclusion that I need help in order to be the best mom I can be to my sweet girl. Thank you in advance!
