Perinatal Nutrition Consultation
This is 60 minute, virtual one-on-one consultation is for pregnant and postpartum people who want to feel confident about what to eat. This isn't for the baby's health but for your healing, too. We'll go over your current eating habits, concerns and goals in this session. We'll also go over nutrition guidance tailored to pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and you'll leave the session with meal ideas, snack suggestions and supplement support if needed. Perfect for first time parents or experienced birthing folks looking for a reset! Please note: I am not a registered dietician or licensed medical provider. My nutrition guidance is based on current evidence, perinatal training and culturally responsive practices. These consultations are meant to support general wellness and not intended to diagnose, treat or manage medical conditions. Always consult with your healthcare provider or a licensed dietician for individualized medical nutrition therapy.
