Hi I'm Kenya, a postpartum doula, currently training as a birth doula and nutrition educator. I'm also the founder of the Maternal Bridge, a practice dedicated to supporting families through their tender transition into parenthood using Southern tradition. I specialize in postpartum care that honors both physical and emotional well-being, with a strong focus on culturally grounded Southern meals. I'd love to support you in your postpartum journey by offering light housekeeping, meal prep, baby care and whatever else you may need!

At The Maternal Bridge, I offer personalized postpartum support designed to ease your recovery and help you feel cared for in those early weeks after birth. I offer in-home support, light housekeeping, emotional check ins, newborn care education and very delicious in-home meal prep to support healing and breastfeeding. I also provide guidance on prenatal and postpartum nutrition and routines that promote recovery as you settle into parenthood.
