Hospital birth, need help with postpartum care and new born
I would love to do a home birth but there is a lot of controversy and doubt so I am undecided. My husband is a general surgeon at Samaritan hospital in Moses lake, WA. I am establishing care with an OB locally. I have no idea what a reasonable budget is but it would be great to find someone who is covered by our insurance which is Aetna. I would love to find someone who is experienced in both home and hospital births but especially orgasmic or pleasurable birth.
Having difficulty with any sort of sleep schedule due to baby not falling asleep or staying asleep consistently. Nap times always vary day to day despite a consistent sleep routine. Baby’s nap time also vary from 20-80 minutes. Baby fights and fusses every time we try to get her to sleep, sometimes takes 45 minutes to get her down for a nap
Require a night nanny to take care of my baby, soothing and making a sleeping schedule.
I am looking for someone to help with night time duties for an 8week old. I would like them to have a NCS certification with a couple years experience. I would appreciate help with sleeping training as he wakes up every 2-3hours for feeding. No additional duties are required
We are looking for a postpartum doula or sleep trainer to provide overnight care while we struggle to sleep train one of our twins. It has been two months since we tried sleep training and one twin sleeps twelve hours no problem, but the other still cries throughout many nights and it’s become too much for us to handle without overnight support. They were born on april 30th but their due date was June 16th (almost 7 months adjusted age). We are trying a new gentler method but it is taking some time to see if it will be effective or not. Hourly rate negotiable based on education and experience. Ongoing employment with childcare and household duties also possible once sleep training is successful.

Hi, I run a support group for new and expecting parents of multiples in seattle. I’m wondering if you would be interested in joining an hour long session on December 5th about all things sleep.
At least 5 years of experience. We are no longer getting long stretches with our 5 month old and are having a very hard time transitioning her out of the swaddle. We need someone to help us get some sleep by taking on 5-7 nights for us to get our baby used to sleeping on her own with her arms out! So teaching her how to sleep on her own!

A trustworthy and kind individual to care for our 2 month old a couple nights a week. She currently wakes multiple times per night and is having difficulty staying asleep in her bassinet (sounds like normal for this age). If you have any sleep training that would be awesome. If not, that is okay too. No additional duties. Just looking for someone to care for infant 2-3x per week so we can get some sustained sleep.
