Hi mommas! My name is Caisee Rogers and I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant. My job is to give you one on one support with baby sleep. As parents, we are flooded with information on what the "right" thing to do is, which can leave us overwhelmed and confused. Our sleep learning methods are grounded in science and tailored to fit your and your baby's needs! There is no "one size fits all" approach. I foster attachment, while providing you with the tools, so that everyone in the house can get better sleep!

Hola, padres! I’m Ariana, but you can call me Ari. If I’m not enjoying a Sunday siesta with my family, you’ll likely find me with Street Tacos and a Mexican Lager in hand. I founded Step by Step Baby Consulting under the belief that a restful night’s sleep and lactation support is needed and deserved by ALL families. When I found out I was pregnant with my 1st child, I was an overly-confident parent-to-be. I’d had 17 years of auntie duties, had fostered my 3-year-old niece, and was going to have my mom by my side. When I was 7 months pregnant, my mother suddenly passed away & I was hit with an immense depression. I survived by concentrating on the arrival of my son. After my son was born, I realized he was a challenging little sleeper. I compulsively read & researched all things baby sleep, but nothing helped. I endured 8 months of sleepless nights & finally hit rock bottom. It was 2 am, my son was on his 3rd wake up of the night, I went into his room, held him, & cried along his side. The next day, my Doctor recommended I hire a Pediatric Sleep Consultant to help with my PPD & PPA. I quickly hired one, and by day 3, my son was actually napping/sleeping through the night & I was finally able to bond with him! I know what it’s like to be in the parenting trenches, exasperated by sleep deprivation. When we partner together, I want you to feel comfortable enough to let your guard down and chat honestly about what’s been going on. Because here, you’ll never be judged.

Hello! I am a birth and postpartum doula in Volusia County and servicing within a 50 mile radius. I got started in the birth community after the birth of my daughter. I had a wonderful experience, in part due to the wonderful midwives who attended me throughout my pregnancy and labor, as well as the postpartum doula who came to my home at 2 in the morning to help me with her when I was losing my sanity. These experiences made me want to give to other women, and I found my way into doula work. It has been the most rewarding work I have ever done, and I love doing it. Outside of my work, I spend time with my daughter and my partner, I enjoy reading and playing video games, and I have two cats and a leopard gecko. I have a Facebook page for my business where I regularly post at https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100069593215044&mibextid=ZbWKwL

I can't begin to say enough good things about Cari. From the moment we first began messaging, to our first meeting, all the way up to the amazing unmedicated birth of our second daughter. We are not strangers to an unmedicated birth, as that is what we did with our first daughter, but Cari helped make the experience with our second not only even better but much calmer and secure all around. Cari was informative in not just the potential outcomes of the birth we WANTED, but she made sure to take the time to cover what-if scenarios. What we were looking for in a Doula was someone who was willing to take the time to get to know us well before baby #2 was born, but also someone with a kind vibe/aura (IYKYK), who could advise us on some additional labor coping movements and massage/pressure points, and she did all of the above plus more. If we have another baby, she will undoubtedly be our Doula again. I genuinely recommend her on all levels. Even after our daughter was born, she stayed with us in the birth center for hours until I felt well and recovered enough for her to leave us (and this was past 1 am). She captured some absolutely precious, beautiful, and raw photos of our birth, on top of doing a newborn photoshoot for us. Themed and set where we wanted, yet again surpassing all expectations. She includes postpartum support as well, and she is so sweet when she came for her postpartum visit, she brought a batch of the most AMAZING lactation cookies ever (and might I say they sure worked for me!!). Cari will undoubtedly take the time to listen and form a plan that you want while informing you of all possibilities and taking care of you like a member of her own family, honestly. And who doesn't love a fellow nerd? Look no further. She IS the doula for you. THIS is the sign you're looking for.

Hello, My name is Doracelis, I am a mother of 5 beautiful children and I am located in Lady Lake, Florida. They have taught me over these past 16 years that they are individuals with different needs and that each person's personality is unique. I was a lactation counselor for the WIC program for 7 years and 3 years ago, I became certified as a Postpartum Doula, focused on postpartum care for the mother and her children. I am currently certified as a Birth and Postpartum Doula to serve women in their pregnancy and birth process. From each of these opportunities, I learned a lot and I want to share my knowledge with you. If you need a Doula in your pregnancy, birth and postpartum process, I am available to answer all your questions and serve you in any way you need. Remember that you are not alone in this process. Trauma-Informed Birth & Postpartum Doula + Mind-Body Birth Support Specialist - serving sensitive souls, trauma survivors & diverse families with holistic, inclusive care. Virtual support worldwide | In-person in Philadelphia, Florida & travel throughout US I believe in care that meets you exactly where you are - honoring both the profound transformation and messy reality of reproductive experiences. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in Training with a psychology background, I offer trauma-informed doula care that integrates nervous system regulation and mind-body birth support, going beyond logistics to address the emotional complexity, relationship dynamics, and identity shifts that accompany life-changing transitions. After navigating my own pregnancy experiences with minimal support and feeling dismissed by medical systems that couldn't hold the complexity of mind/body connection, I became passionate about offering the embodied, compassionate support I needed, but couldn't find. My approach centers on the emotional and relational complexities of becoming parents - drawing from over a decade of therapy-informed intimacy and relationship coaching to focus on the psychological and somatic shifts that come with growing a family. I specialize in supporting empaths, sensitive souls, gentle rebels, and those seeking heart-centered, evidence-based, identity-affirming care that honors their full humanity. Whether you're seeking birth doula support, postpartum care, pregnancy loss support, or prenatal preparation, I provide grounding support through nervous system regulation, practical advocacy, body-based somatic tools, and steady, non-judgmental presence that helps you stay connected to your own wisdom while navigating medical systems and profound personal transformation.

From the moment we connected, Lorrae created a space where I felt genuinely seen, affirmed, and supported in ways that are unfortunately rare in healthcare settings. During my pregnancy, she consistently prioritized my needs, choices, and comfort over any agenda, and did not push me toward any particular protocol or outcome. Lorrae is exactly the kind of practitioner our community needs. She combines professional skill with authentic compassion, and her nervous system regulation tools became invaluable during both labor and postpartum. She has a gift for creating calm in moments of intensity. Beyond her clinical skills, Lorrae embodies genuine care and integrity and I cannot recommend her highly enough to other parents seeking support.

Instead of unintentionally boring you with all my credentials and training, I wanted to switch things up a bit and be transparent. First and foremost, I identify as a woman of color, a mother, and wife. I acquired licensure to counsel in the state of Florida and through personal experiences with pregnancy, childbirth, and miscarriage was steered in the direction of becoming a Perinatal Mental Health Trained Counselor. I strongly believe that my experiences and passion for mental health led me to this field of working with mothers and providing them with the help and support I longed to have when I was in need. My training as a Perinatal Mental Health Counselor has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to serve mothers on their journey to conception, pregnancy, miscarriages, childbirth and beyond. The women of the world are life sources and nurturers, they deserve to be heard, and supported. They deserve to be well. As a woman of color, mother, wife and counselor, I am here to empower all women to believe they are worthy of care and wellness is possible. It’s time to say “Yes” to wellness. Hi everyone! Im Dawn! Single mom of three amazing kids, 2 boys and a girl. Ages 24,19, and 14. I have been a Registered Nurse for 19 years now. During those 19 years I have work in the maternal/child field, starting in mother/baby and now I am a level 4 Neonatal ICU nurse. I have being in the NICU for a majority of my career because these babies and all babies are where my heart and passion are. In the NICU it’s a true roller coaster ride for our parents. I love being there to support them in the highs and lows. Recently I started thinking about how anxious they must be going home after being with us 100+ days. (Not all babies stay that long) I thought, wow, wouldn’t it be great to have a nurse to help them out their first month home. Help them ease their way into life outside of the hospital. So I started looking into this journey. I would love to be a part of your family and help anyone with that anxiousness of being their new baby home.

I'm an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). My passion for lactation began 10 years ago after exclusively breastfeeding my first baby while struggling with PCOS and low thyroid. I finally began my lactation career as a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor during the pandemic right after having my own pandemic baby. My story is a lot like the families I help and that drives my passion for being that voice to encourage moms not to give up on their feeding goals even if I am the only voice in their corner. As an IBCLC I provide prenatal breastfeeding education, postpartum breastfeeding support, and professional guidance for aspiring IBCLCs. Whether you are a seasoned mom or a first time mom you deserve support on your lactation journey.
