About me

My name is Jamie and I am a birth doula, birth assistant for one of our local midwives and I also teach childbirth classes! I have two children and fell in love with birth work through my pregnancy and labors with them. My goal is to help educate people on all of their options when it comes to their deliveries. I want to encourage, and empower you throughout your pregnancy and labor so you feel confident and in control.

I offer a free consultation, two prenatal meetings, 24/7 text and phone support once contract is signed, unlimited support during labor (I support you no matter how long your labor is) and one postpartum visit or follow up. During our prenatal meetings we go over where you are giving birth, come up with a great birth plan, go over exercises to get baby into a great position and talk about any questions/fears/ you might have
