About me

Hi, my name is Kristina and I have worked with babies, kids and their families for over 15 years. I have been a camp counselor, babysitter, nanny, mother's helper, assistant teacher at a Waldorf school, and now a postpartum doula. I help families in the postpartum period WITHOUT judgment and WITH kindness. I can help you with newborn care, setting up snacks, cleaning bottles or pump parts, holding the baby while you take a nap or a shower, and be a sounding board or a shoulder to cry on.
