About me
Hi parents! My goal is to empower the families I work with and set them up for success in a judge-free zone! I do in home and virtual consults and put a lot of tips on my Facebook and Instagram pages. As a mother of 3 children I have found myself in much need for trustworthy support and decided I would fill the gap myself to help parents- because no one should walk this journey alone! I love being with my family, taking my kids on little local adventures, and doing artwork of many kinds! Krystal is incredible. My first two breastfeeding journeys were terrible. I had no support, no help and a month into both my mental health plummeted and with my third I was dead set on just doing formula because I didn’t want to experience that again. But they I found Krystal. I took the jump and invested in myself. Before baby even came we had our first consult and she shared information with me that if I’d known before would have helped. I am now a month into my third breastfeeding journey and I have never felt more confident in myself and in my body. I genuinely feel like I won’t.
