Childbirth Educator services

The Hypnobirthing Australia™ program I follow is the best course available in Australia (see why here and here ). As a qualified HBA Practitioner, I offer group and private classes, and work with mothers-to-be and their birth partners to prepare for a really positive birth. Group Classes involves 12 hours of training for Mothers-to-be and birth partner, in four 3-hour sessions. Light supper is provided. Class size is limited so it is a fairly small interactive group experience. Bookings are essential. Private Classes may also be done in a weekend at your home, with two days of 6-hour sessions, or four 3-hour sessions. There is also a condensed intensive course, for special circumstances that require it.

When is the best time of pregnancy to attend hypnobirthing classes?

It's never too late to do hypnobirthing training, however, it is recommended that between 20 and 30 weeks of pregnancy is optimal, as the pregnant mum feels more comfortable sitting in class, and there is plenty of time left for conditioning with the techniques and resources provided in our Hypnobirthing Australia Positive Birth Program.
