About me
I am passionate about working with survivors of trauma from sexual abuse, traumatic pregnancy & birth experiences, fertility struggles, NICU families, secondary trauma, and perinatal grief & loss. If you have experienced trauma at any point in your life, I would love to meet with you and witness your story. Survivors of trauma often feel worried that they cannot share their experiences with others because it is too difficult to hear. I am able to sit with you to hear your story as many times as you need to tell it. When you are ready, I am here to hold hope for you as you begin your healing journey.

Service introduction
I use a variety of trauma-informed techniques in session including: play therapy, sandtray therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, and other expressive arts. We can use any of these techniques or just sit and talk. In my practice I work with people from several ages, backgrounds, cultures, races, sexual & gender identities, body sizes, abilities and faiths. I consider myself an inclusive therapist and a white ally to marginalized and oppressed communities. While I am not able to walk exactly in your shoes because we have different experiences and upbringings, I will always approach learning about you with curiosity, validation, and an open heart.
