Lauren was my doula for the birth of my daughter, and she was honestly incredible. From the moment I went into labor, she was calm and so reassuring. She helped me breathe through contractions, reminded me to relax my shoulders when I started tensing up, and kept telling me I was doing great when I started to doubt myself. That encouragement made such a difference. One thing that really stood out was how intuitive she was; she always seemed to know exactly what I needed without me having to say it. When things got intense, she applied counter pressure on my back and helped me change positions to get more comfortable. She also helped my husband feel involved, showing him how to support me and keeping both of us calm. She has such a comforting presence and a deep understanding of birth. I never felt judged or rushed, just completely supported. Would recommend her to anyone.
