Welcome! My name is Lauren, I am a birth doula | postpartum doula | lactation educator | maternal mental health advocate. I firmly believe that no matter what your birth goals are (unmedicated, medicated, VBAC or elective C-section) every woman should feel supported and advocated for in their journey to motherhood. Regardless of your previous childbirth experience, a doula can be a valuable source of guidance and holistic care for you and your family. Every birth is beautifully unique! With respect for your preferences, I will provide care that honors your birth plan while also offering guidance and reassurance along the way. Whether you're considering a home birth, hospital birth, or birthing center experience, I am here to ensure you feel empowered, informed, and supported in your choices. I am dedicated to providing a nurturing presence and evidence based-knowledge to help you navigate your pregnancy and birth. My goal is to assist you in achieving the positive birthing experience that you envision. With my birth support I offer virtual or in person services including prenatal appointments, continuous communication, birth support, a postpartum visit. With my postpartum doula support I offer 4 hour shifts in your home! Description of services and prices for this option is on my website!
