Do you feel alone and overwhelmed by the demands of parenting? Do you feel out of place in your body and wonder if you will ever get back to what you looked like before you had kids? Are you afraid of repeating the mistakes of your own parents and wonder how to teach your children the lifeskills you want them to learn while maintaining a relationship? As a mother myself, I understand the emotional experience and identity shift of parenthood. I am determined to help other parents like myself to connect to their child/children and feel empowered to love their bodies and themselves. Positive Discipline teaches tools to support kind and firm parenting that is consistent with your family's values and works long term. Yoga is an incredible tool in preparation for labor as well as in recovery from labor. Yoga has benefits in managing emotions, improving sleep, improving immune system health, reducing pain, improving focus, supporting flexibility and strength, improving bone density, and increasing balance.
