In doing research to prepare myself for future pregnancy I was faced with the sad reality that many people have entered the birth space uninformed and unsupported, with so many voices shouting at them about the "one right way" to give birth and be a parent. Only to leave the birth space scared, in pain, and often traumatized. This reality felt bleak to me so I began my journey learning how to provide advocacy, alignment, and assurance to my clients.
