Graduated with a Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from York University. She has pursued additional training in pelvic health physiotherapy with a special interest in perinatal and paediatrics. Her extensive pelvic health training encompasses the care of women throughout their lifespan, including preparing for birth and optimizing their fourth trimester. This includes the assessment and treatment of urinary incontinence, complex pelvic pain, sexual pain, gastro-intestinal disorders, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis rectus abdominis and perinatal care. Most importantly, she is committed to empowering her patients on their active recovery, using a biopsychosocial approach, to improve their health, well-being and quality of life.
