I (she/her) worked for several years in the field of community mental health before relocating to the Pacfic NW for medical school. I am a graduate of Bastyr University and completed a 2-year post-graduate training program in integrative women’s health. I am credentialed by NAMS as a certified menopause practitioner, ABORM as a fellow of oriental reproductive medicine, and PSI in perinatal mood & anxiety disorders as a prescriber: the only physician to have this combination of education & training. In fact, I am the only naturopathic physician in the state of AZ to be certified as a women’s health specialist. I have been in clinical practice since 2003 with a special focus on women’s health; emphasizing nutrition and exercise in health maintenance and disease prevention and treatment. I am committed to the mental and physical health of women of all ages and I believe that our goal for health & wellness is a matter of progress, not perfection. Education and empowerment can help us take a proactive, preventive approach to the treatment of any condition.
