As a Perinatal Professional with over 13 years experience working with families in NYC, my goal is to help parents gain the confidence to care for their new babies. Whether it's offering guidance on sleep or infant-feeding, I'm here to support you in any way you need. We'll address your concerns and create a specialized plan while setting up systems to help you long after I'm gone. I'm currently only accepting live-in contracts in NYC, Westchester, and Fairfield County. Avaialble for domestic and international travel with established clients.

Erin is a fourth-generation New Yorker and Junior at Barnard College majoring in Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. After leaving her engineering program in 2022, she discovered a passion for childbirth and began attending homebirths with a Brooklyn-based midwife. She has published articles through Columbia University on the safety of homebirth and the role of midwives in improving birth outcomes in the United States. She founded Student Birth Workers to connect students who are passionate about birth and reproductive justice with women seeking quality, accessible doula care. She hopes to become a certified nurse midwife and dreams of one day opening a holistic birth center. When not studying or attending births, she enjoys knitting and cuddling with her cat, Mr. Cornelius.

Brandi is an inclusive birth and postpartum doula. Also, a Certified Lactation Consultant. Brandi’s approach to birth work is non-judgmental, family centered and practical; all of the cornerstones of her everyday life. Jamie Owens is a Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) since 2012 and a Registered Nurse specializing in Women's Health since 2008. Jamie went to Syracuse University where she majored in Women's Studies and Studio Art. She then went on to an accelerated (BSN) Nursing Program at Quinnipiac University. Jamie has extensive experience working with breastfeeding/chestfeeding families. She worked at New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell as an RN on the Postpartum Unit for five and a half years and then on the Labor and Delivery Unit for a year and a half. She has been seeing patients privately at their homes for lactation consulting since she received her certificate in 2012. She left the hospital work-life in December of 2015 once she gave birth to her baby girl. After taking 11 months off to be with her baby, she began her private practice in Jersey City and surrounding areas. Jamie saw clients in their home and taught breastfeeding workshops. Jamie and her family moved to Denville NJ in April of 2017 where she has continued her lactation consulting practice and breastfeeding workshops. Jamie contributed as a "breastfeeding expert" and freelance writer for the website www.mother.ly. Jamie is also a lactation practitioner for the website/app Maven. Jamie has always had a passion for women's health and advocacy. After breastfeeding her own two children for a total of 5.5 years, her love and dedication to breastfeeding only got stronger. She is also a LGBTQI+ ally and loves to assist all kinds of families in their breastfeeding/chestfeeding journeys. She is filled with energy and passion and will do whatever it takes to make her clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.
