About me

Hi! I'm a NYC-based childbirth educator, birth doula, lactation counselor, director of the East River Doula Collective (a great source to find a doula -- fertility, birth, postpartum in NYC, Nassau County or Westchester), and creator/host of the BIRTH MATTERS podcast, which shares mostly NYC birth stories & fertility journey stories. I teach group & private, virtual or in-person classes, and also have an online/on-demand comprehensive childbirth course. It's been my passion since 2009 to provide growing families with customized and inclusive support, education and resources toward a beautiful and empowering journey into parenthood.
