About me

Labor and delivery nurse and Lactation Consultant offering Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Classes online! Classes are mostly self-paced with online learning modules that can be done on your own time. Meetings are then held once per week for either four (accelerated class) or six (regular pace) weeks. Meetings offer an opportunity to review information with the instructor, ask questions, and meet other expectant parents with similar due dates. The curriculum for this class is extremely unique. You will have access to evidence-based information about your pregnancy care, birth options, and postpartum period that's created by the researchers at Evidence Based Birth®. Much of this information is only available to those who take this class! If you want to know how to make the BEST decisions for yourself and your baby, whether you're planning a home birth, unmedicated hospital birth, medicated hospital birth, or c-section, you've come to the right place.
