About me
Life is filled with challenges you didn't plan for and therapy can provide the support you are needing. I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach and include Interpersonal Therapy. I have a strong interest in supporting women during their journey of motherhood, whether that be infertility, pregnancy, postpartum and parenting. I also have experience working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, interpersonal conflict/unhealthy relationships, and life transitions.
