Hello! I'm Liz, a DONA-trained Birth and Postpartum Doula located in Louisville, Kentucky, and serving the Kentuckiana region. I am focused on providing joyful, compassionate, evidence-based birth and postpartum support. Coming from a Master's background in counseling with years of experience supporting families in all stages, including those experiencing typical pregnancies, birth differences, loss, infertility, natural birth, hospital birth, and pre-term birth, I am here to support you where you are, no matter the circumstance. My practice provides informational and emotional support for all parents. When I'm not working as a doula, you will find me homeschooling my children, enjoying nature, or learning something new.

I hired Liz to be my doula and it was hands down one of the best decisions I could have made. She has such a positive and calm demeanor and answered any and all questions I had. She was by my side as much as I felt I needed her and she supported me pre, during and post partum. I am positive that my birth experience would not have gone as smoothly without her guidance and support. She supported my decisions and wishes surrounding my birth plan and even my own healthcare wishes. She is an easy person to be around and you can let your “guard” down and relax when you have Liz on your team. Do yourself a favor and hire her to be your doula!
