About me

Hi, I’m Logan; owner of Sweet Pea Sleep Training and Childcare. I’m a Certified Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, and Pediatric Sleep Consultant with over 11 years of experience supporting families through the newborn stage and beyond. I specialize in postpartum doula support, overnight newborn care, sleep shaping, and helping parents create routines that actually work for their real life. I’ve worked with a wide range of families, from first-time parents to high-support households; and I’m comfortable supporting breastfeeding, formula, or combination feeding, as well as babies with additional needs like tongue/lip ties or reflux. My approach is practical, supportive, and customized. I’m not here to push a one-size-fits-all method—I help you understand your baby, build confidence, and get more rest in a way that feels sustainable. I offer in-home and remote support, including postpartum doula support, overnight care, sleep coaching, and ongoing guidance.

Service introduction

I offer comprehensive postpartum and newborn support designed to help families feel confident, rested, and supported during the transition home with a new baby. As a Certified Postpartum Doula and Certified Newborn Care Specialist, I provide overnight care, newborn routine development, feeding support (breastfeeding, formula, or combination), and guidance through common early challenges such as reflux, gas discomfort, and tongue/lip ties. My focus is on creating a calm, sustainable foundation so both baby and parents can thrive. I also specialize in pediatric sleep support, including early sleep shaping for newborns and more structured sleep coaching as babies grow. My approach is realistic and individualized, I don’t use one-size-fits-all methods. Whether you need hands-on overnight care, help establishing routines, or ongoing remote support, I tailor my services to meet your family’s specific needs and lifestyle.

Overnight Care
Overnight newborn care provides hands-on support so parents can rest while their baby is cared for by an experienced professional. During overnight shifts, I handle light housework, laundry, feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle, or combination), diapering, soothing, and monitoring, while also supporting the development of healthy sleep habits from the start. I adjust care based on your baby’s needs and your preferences, ensuring a smooth and supportive overnight experience. This service also includes guidance for parents, helping you build confidence in your baby’s cues, feeding, and routines. My goal is not only to support your baby overnight, but to help create a foundation for more restful nights as your baby grows.

I've been fortunate to have Logan's help with both of my children. My first daughter is now 8 and my son is currently 6 months. I can honestly say I don't know what I would have done without her (not to be dramatic lol). She was there for us in the hospital and the newly postpartum days at home. She made herself available physically but also by phone for all my crazy questions (which she never made me feel crazy for asking). Her recommendations for my own postpartum recovery were insanely helpful, and she really helped me to settle into my "new normal" routine once we made it home from the hospital. Her breastfeeding support was so amazing, especially with my first born whom I really struggled with the first month. Her knowledge is so vast it truly feels like she knows everything, and made me feel so safe which is so important because I hate having to ask for help and she never made me feel nervous or stupid for asking. Logan is truly the best!
