I believe that mothers need MORE support for THEIR bodies: before, during, and after pregnancy. My mission is to help soon-to-be and current mothers learn more about what their bodies are capable even after having children, and helping them resolve symptoms that they have been forever told are "normal". Initial Evaluation (In-Person)

Your first evaluation for up to 1.5 hours where we will assess to determine the root cause of your symptoms and develop a treatment plan.

$175 USD · Flat rate

Initial Evaluation/Consultation (Virtual)

For postpartum wellness only: Your first virtual visit with me to assess your starting point for return to exercise postpartum and develop a treatment plan.

$150 USD · Flat rate

What to expect

I offer services to help relieve pain with sex/intercourse, wellness, exercise, and prevention during pregnancy, and postpartum care for prevention as well as resolution of already present symptoms such as low back pain, diastasis, incontinence, sexual pain, etc. I am an out of network provider so I cannot guarantee reimbursement, but can provide a receipt for patient to attempt reimbursement (in person only). Virtual services are private pay only. I also offer virtual wellness services for postpartum return to exercise.

Why don't you take insurance?

Unfortunately health insurance companies do not reimburse for physical therapy services at a rate that is sustainable for us to deliver high quality care to each and every patient, therefore we do not contract with insurance companies and rather operate on a private pay basis so that all decision making about your care is made between us two parties. If you have a flex spending account (FSA) or a health savings account (HSA) you can use those for our services. On request, we can provide you a superbill with the diagnostic and procedure codes for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Those with Medicare and Medicaid can be penalized for paying out of pocket for services they cover. Therefore, we do not accept these patients. If anything changes, we will certainly update you.
