About me
Hello, I am Lydia. I am married to my husband, Michael, and have two daughters, Lilyana and Shirley. I currently live and grew up near Ava, MO. I chose to work as a birth doula because I believe every woman should be in control of her labor and birth experience. While I know birth can be unpredictable, it's important to have a plan in mind and someone to be on your side to help you with your plan. I believe in having open communication about your wants and needs for labor and birth. In the event labor does not go according to the primary plan, I still want the mothers I serve to be in control of decision making and have the most satisfying birth possible for any situation.
