About me

My transition to becoming a parent helped spark my interest and love for all things pregnancy, childbirth, lactation, and parenting related. Weeding through all the misinformation available, I realized that I wanted to be a resource to parents to help them find the up-to-date and evidence based information they need to help them make the best informed decision for their families. I have experience supporting clients through fertility, unmediated births, medicated births, cesarean births, VBACs, childbirth education, postpartum support, breastfeeding, formula feeding, pumping, weaning, placenta encapsulation, belly binding, military and more. Every person has different needs and I am confident that I can help you on your individual journey and help you find the resources you need.

Full Lamaze Childbirth Education Series

An all you need, evidence-based, guide to: pregnancy comfort, the birth process, postpartum, newborn care, formula and breastfeeding. This is a 6 week course, with each course taking at least 2 hours. Online supplemental material is provided!

Breastfeeding Education & Consultation

Breastfeeding can come with many different challenges. Education and support can help you reach your breastfeeding goals. I offer breastfeeding prep education courses as well as in home lactation visits after baby is born for reassurance, education, or troubleshooting.
